Individual therapy
Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and better understand what’s been happening for you. Together, we explore your experiences and what may be keeping you stuck.
Alongside reflection, therapy can also include practical strategies to help you navigate difficult emotions and reconnect with what matters to you.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including Schema Therapy, ACT, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy, and attachment-informed work. These approaches are tailored to your individual needs and what feels most helpful for you.
Over time, therapy may help you to:
Feel more grounded when things feel overwhelming
Better understand your emotions, rather than feeling controlled by them
Recognise and shift long-standing patterns
Experience more security and connection in your relationships
Develop a more compassionate and less critical relationship with yourself
I work primarily with adolescents aged 16 and over, as well as adults, including university students and working professionals.
You might be seeking support if you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, or finding it difficult to navigate your emotions and relationships.
I work with people experiencing concerns such as:
Anxiety, overthinking, or feeling constantly on edge
Self-criticism, low self-esteem, or difficulty trusting yourself
Perfectionism and high expectations of yourself
People-pleasing or challenges with setting boundaries
Relationship difficulties or recurring patterns that feel hard to change
Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or burnt out
Sessions are available in person in Hawthorn, Melbourne, or via telehealth across Australia.
