Meet your psychologist
Hi, I’m Caitlynn.
When someone comes to see me, I focus on helping them make sense of their emotional world and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
In our sessions, we gently explore what may be contributing to the patterns you’re noticing, while also finding ways to support you in the present.
This often includes a balance of reflection and practical strategies, depending on what feels most helpful for you.
I bring a collaborative, flexible, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. I value warmth, authenticity, and at times gentle humour, helping the process feel more human and less clinical.
My practice is trauma-informed and grounded in an understanding of how early experiences can shape the ways we relate to ourselves and others.
I offer an inclusive and affirming approach for people of diverse gender, sexual, and neurodivergent identities.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including Schema Therapy, ACT, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy, and attachment-informed work.
