Hi, I’m Caitlynn Ashton

I’m a psychologist based in Hawthorn.

I work with adults who often appear capable and put-together on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or self-critical.

I aim to create a space where you feel safe to slow down, try new things, learn about yourself, and feel supported.

I work collaboratively and at a pace that feels right for you, balancing reflection with practical support.

This may involve understanding underlying experiences, while also developing tools to navigate thoughts, emotions, and relationships in everyday life. I work in a trauma-informed and inclusive way, adapting therapy to suit you.

  • 50-minute sessions in Hawthorn or via telehealth across Australia

  • Reflective and supportive supervision for provisional and early career psychologists

The practice

In-person sessions are available in Hawthorn, Melbourne, with clients attending from Camberwell, Kew, Richmond, and surrounding areas. Telehealth is available Australia-wide.
